Hi, I’m Chelsa Dimond, registered dietitian and mother to six children!
Over the past two decades in these roles, I’ve developed a passion about a few things. First, eating should be a guilt-free and pleasant experience. Second, “eating healthy” looks different for everyone. Your personal financial situation, cooking abilities, physical and mental health, and access to food all play a role. And third, the small dietary changes you make are the ones that have the biggest and most lasting impact.
With these things in mind, I co-authored my first cookbook, Time to Nourish, focusing on incorporating the most common nutrients you are not getting enough of into delicious and easy recipes. After it was published, I wanted to continue sharing my ideas on precision nutrition and started this blog. My goal is to help you more easily understand your personal nutrition needs, then help you find easy, simple, delicious and guilt-free ways to meet them. Follow along, and you won’t be disappointed!
